Full-stack & AI automation — Lahore, Pakistan

I build AI agents and systems that do real work.

My journey

  1. January 2022

    The first paid work

I started taking freelance work — web platforms and automation systems for clients who needed something built, not just designed.

    • Freelance developer
    • Web platforms
    • Automation
  2. March 2024

    Ali Public School

It started with one website for the Premier campus. Then a 30-page prospectus. Then the social media, from zero. Then the ad campaigns for the school opening.

Most of what I know about building things people actually depend on, I learned here — because when something broke, it broke for a real school on a real morning.

    • 30-page prospectus
    • Social media from zero
    • Meta ad campaigns

    Luxara

My own handmade and stainless-steel jewellery brand, built end to end: the product line, the e-commerce site, a custom domain and business email, and finding the customers. It earned verified customer reviews.

    • Own brand
    • E-commerce
    • Customer acquisition
  4. 2026

    Two agents

I built Igris, then Jarvis, because I wanted to see how far an agent could go past answering questions. Igris works from your voice; Jarvis runs my business operations, with approval gates on anything that leaves the building.

    • Igris — voice agent
    • Jarvis — 17 modules
    • Both in daily use
  5. June 2026

    Thinkova Technologies

Around the same time, Irtaza and I founded Thinkova Technologies, a software and AI services company. I own the full company build: the brand system, a 14-service catalogue, tiered pricing for local and international markets, and the company platform.

    • Co-founder & CEO
    • 35+ clients served
    • 14-service catalogue
  6. October 2026

    Group analyst roles

The school group restructured into a matrix, and I was given two formal roles reporting to group leadership across its branches: Group Marketing Analyst and Group IT & Digital Services Analyst.

    • Classster rollout
    • Xero rollout
    • Data governance
    • AI in classrooms
  7. Today

    Still a student

Still in my final year of computer science. Everything above happened alongside it.

    • BS Computer Science
    • University of Central Punjab

Clients

Two years and counting with the same client — because the work kept growing.

Thinkova didn't just hand us a website; they set up our domain, our email, everything, end to end, without us having to manage a single technical detail ourselves. Exactly the kind of execution I look for.

Ali Public School & APS Premier Campus

Started with one website for the Premier campus. Two years later I handle technology and marketing for the whole group across both campuses.

    • apspremier.com — website, domain and hosted business email, end to end
    • alipublicschool.com.pk — rebuilt from WordPress without losing a search ranking
    • Timetable system — conflict-free timetables across three campuses
    • 30-page institutional prospectus and a five-pillar marketing strategy
    • Social media for both campuses, grown from zero
  • October 2026 — today

APS Group — matrix analyst roles

When the group restructured into a matrix, I was given two formal roles reporting to group leadership across its branches: Group IT & Digital Services Analyst and Group Marketing Analyst.

    • Leading the Classster (student CRM) rollout across the group
    • Leading the Xero (accounting) rollout across the group
    • Cyber security, data governance and digital infrastructure policy
    • Researching and planning AI adoption for classroom use
  • Ongoing

Tell me what you are trying to automate.

I will tell you honestly whether it is worth building — and if it is not, I will say so.
